VSupport Branding Studio ("VSupport", "we", "us") is a branding studio working with spirits, beverages and FMCG founders. This policy explains how we handle information when you apply to work with us, browse the site or engage with our team.

2What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide — name, email, phone number, brand name, category, stage and any brief details you share through our application form or in conversation.
• Information collected automatically — basic technical data when you visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referral source) so we can keep the site working and improve it.
• Information from third-party tools — when you book a call (e.g. through Calendly), the scheduling tool shares your name, email and selected time with us.

3How we use it

We use what you share only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and run the first strategy call
• Send proposals, contracts and follow-ups related to your project
• Send occasional studio updates (only if you've opted in)
• Improve the site and our service quality
• Comply with applicable law and protect against fraud

4Confidentiality of briefs

Anything you share about your brand — product, formulation, packaging, market strategy, positioning, pricing or category plans — is treated as confidential by default. We sign an NDA before any working session and our team operates under the same obligation.

5Who we share data with

We share limited information only with:

• Service providers we use to operate (email, hosting, analytics, scheduling, document signing) — bound by written contracts that restrict their use of your data to the services we've engaged them for.
• Print and production partners, only when needed to execute your project and only with the artwork and specs required for the job.
• Legal authorities, when required by law, court order or to protect rights, property or safety.

6Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies and a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand traffic patterns — pages visited, time on site, basic device and country information. We do not build advertising profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

7How we store and protect data

Application and project data is stored on reputable cloud platforms with industry-standard security (TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and role-based permissions). Internal access is limited to people who need it for your project. We review security practices regularly.

8How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your project relationship is active and for three years thereafter for legitimate business, tax and compliance reasons. You can request earlier deletion at any time — we remove or anonymise within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

9Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data, subject to legal retention
• Object to specific uses, including marketing emails
• Receive a portable copy of your data

10Children

Our services are for business professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business, technology or law evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, give 14 days' notice by email if you've shared one with us. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
